Reservation Policy
Class reservations must be made at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. The system will close reservations 5 minutes before each class begins.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel class at least 12 hours prior to class start time in order to avoid any penalties. Classes canceled after the 12 hour mark are subject to late cancel/no-show penalties. Classes must be canceled through either the mobile app or by the online account. Cancellations via email will NOT be accepted.
Late Cancels & No-Shows
Late Cancellations: Any classes that are canceled less than 12 hours before the start of class time.
No-Shows: Any classes you signed up for but failed to cancel or did not show up on time. The no-show penalty window extends 24 hours after the original class time.

Late Arrivals
If it's your first time, please arrive 10 minutes early. This is for your safety and to ensure a smooth experience for your first class. Arriving at class start time or late will count as a no-show, and you will be charged.
Returning clients have a 5-minute window after class starts to claim their spot. Arriving later will count as a no-show. Please arrive on time to respect other clients and the instructor. This ensures we maintain a distraction-free environment and supports the safety, experience, and integrity of every class.
Waitlist Policy
The waitlist will put you in line for the class of your choosing. Waitlist registration closes 5 minutes prior to class start time.
Automatic Waitlist Management:
If someone cancels their spot, you will be automatically added to the class UP TO 2 hours prior to the class time
After the 2-hour mark, automatic waitlist filling stops
You can still manually add yourself into the class if spots become available using the website or mobile app
Waitlist Removal:
If you are still on the waitlist, you will be automatically removed within 5 minutes of class start time
You are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer make it to the class
Multiple Waitlists: If you are waitlisted on multiple classes on the same day, you are responsible for canceling/managing the reservations to avoid any fees.
Standby Policy: You have the option to come into the studio and wait for a no-show up until 5 minutes prior to class start time. If you come to the studio, the clients that are signed up for the class have 5 minutes to claim their machine. If the client arrives before the 5 minute mark, you will have to surrender your machine. If the client arrives after 5 minutes from the start of class time, you will be given the spot, added to the class roster, and charged accordingly for the class.
Important Waitlist Responsibility: If you are automatically added to the class from the waitlist and you do not cancel yourself prior to 12 hours before the class, you will be penalized as a late cancel/no show.
Phone Policy
For the safety of you and those around, no phones will be allowed during class time on the Megaformer. No exceptions. If you have to answer a phone call/text message, please step outside in order to be respectful of the instructor and clients.
Class Attendance
You must stay in class for at least 30 minutes into the start of class time to avoid any no-show charges. If you leave class earlier than 30 minutes into class time, then you will be charged with a no-show. For example, if class starts at 7:30 am, then you must stay until 8:00 am in order to not avoid penalties.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are mandatory. No exceptions. Failure to wear grip socks will result in a no-show charge. If you bring your own grip socks, they must be approved by the instructor. We also sell grip socks at the studio available for purchase.
Bring a Friend Policy
If it is your plus one's first time at the studio, then they must follow the "new client" guideline and must arrive 10 minutes early from the class time. Late cancel and no-show policies still apply to your plus one. All late cancel and no-show charges will be made on the host/member account.
Guest Privileges by Package:
Only Unlimited Monthly members receive guest privileges (1 guest per month)
All other packages do not include guest privileges
Instructors
Instructors are not guaranteed. The instructor you originally signed up for class with is subject to change with no notice. If the instructor changes for your class, no worries! You are still reserved for the class and still good to go!
Membership Cancellations
To terminate your membership, kindly notify the studio via email at least 14 days prior to your membership renewal date. Membership fees will be automatically charged to the designated credit card on a monthly basis. All auto-pay memberships are subject to the terms outlined in the membership contract and must be honored for the full duration. Premature cancellation will incur payment of the remaining balance of the membership contract. For more information, please refer to the membership contract.
Credit Card/Payment
An active payment method must be kept on file for your account continuously. To update billing details, please utilize your online account or the mobile app. Failure to submit payments on time will lead to a temporary suspension of your account until payment is rendered.
Additionally, please note that prices for class credits, class credit packages, and memberships are subject to change without prior notification.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any classes, class packages, memberships, food/beverages, and any other merchandise. All class packages, memberships, auto-renew memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. All class credits and memberships must be used by the original client. Failure to do so may result in revoking membership privileges.
Account & Password
In order to access some features of the website, you will have to create a Lagree Fit Lab account. You may never use another person's account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Creating Multiple Profiles/Sharing Profiles
Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account, membership, class credits, and/or class credit packages is strictly prohibited. This may result in termination of your membership and privileges.
Lost Items
Lagree Fit Lab LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. If you believe you left your belongings behind at the studio, please email us.
Right to Modify Services, Prices & Terms
Lagree Fit Lab LLC reserves the right to modify class offerings, schedules, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Liability
By participating in any classes, sessions, or activities offered by Lagree Fit Lab LLC, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury and agree to release Lagree Fit Lab LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, staff, agents, and other affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, as detailed in the full Liability Waiver. Participation is also subject to your acceptance of our full Liability Waiver, which must be signed prior to your first class.
Refusal of Service
Lagree Fit Lab LLC maintains a strict policy against abusive or discriminatory conduct directed towards Lagree Fit Lab LLC team members and clients. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone.
